Have you ever stopped to consider who sets your standards for success?

In a world obsessed with metrics and benchmarks,
I’ve found that success isn’t always measurable by conventional standards.

After pausing my mindfulness practice during a routine reset,
I realized just how vital it had become to my mental wellness and resilience.

Not because of the 1,000 sessions or 11,747 minutes logged,
but because of how I felt without it.

This experience reinforced a crucial lesson:

Success is personal.

Whether it’s mindfulness or any other practice,
defining success on your own terms is key,
especially during life’s transitions.

Ask yourself:

  • What truly matters to you?
  • Are your personal growth goals aligned with your activities?
  • How do you measure your progress outside conventional success metrics?

For me, mindfulness is a cornerstone of my resilience.

What practices form the foundation of your success?

Are you crafting standards that truly reflect who you are and what you value?
