This year, my word is
For those who know me, that’s not surprising.
I’m transitioning out of the Navy after 22 years.
(26 if you count the Naval Academy)
And transitions come in all shapes and sizes:
- Changing careers entirely
- Stepping into greater responsibility
- Relocating your family to a new community
Hereโs one thing Iโve learned about transitions:
Iโve leaned heavily on my…
- accountability group
- coaches
- friends
- family
…not just for this transition, but for all the big ones.
They provide:
- A sounding board when things feel overwhelming
- Perspective to help me see the unseen
- Challenge and support
Priceless.

If you’re looking for someone to team up with, message me.
Having the team can make all the difference.
