Coach Brandon Jenkins speaks about the Golden Path fallacy. He is pictured in his office, wearing a Tier One baseball cap.

When my boss asked why I wanted to be a commanding
officer one day, I answered:

And the moment I said it, I knew that answer wasnโ€™t
good enough.

Thatโ€™s when it hit me:

Iโ€™d been following the ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต.

I was doing what was expected, taking the next step,
without fully examining whether it aligned with what
mattered most to me.

And that lack of examination made it a

That’s when I pivoted.

I got serious about revealing my purpose so that future
decisions would be intentional and flow from clarity.

Thatโ€™s the work I now do with leaders through Blueprint coaching.

If youโ€™re ready to escape the golden path fallacy,
Iโ€™d love to connect.
