Alignment doesnโt come from telling people
what to care about.
It comes from helping them connect what they
already care about to the mission.
Here’s something we do with each ready room in LRR:

Ask your team to reflect:

Give them space.
Let them reflect a bit.
Then open the dialogue.
Look for the connections between team and
individual values.
Why does this matter?
