It can be lonely at the top…

If you let it be.

I get it. You’re the leader and you:

Feel like you’re supposed to have the answers
Don’t want to let your teammates down
Want support outside the daily grind

You used to be in the trenches talking about how “they”
always mess everything up.

Now, you are “them” and things are disorienting.

You don’t need to do this alone.

Before I took command of a helicopter squadron
I did 2 essential things:

1. Hired a coach to help me uncover my Blueprint.
2. Joined a group of peers for accountability and growth.

These steps allowed me to navigate the most significant
leadership transition of my career with grace.
