How much of your week is spent on things that
actually energize you?
Not the things someone else told you should care about.
The things you know you’re meant to be doing.
If you’re a leader and you’re not spending time on these
energy-giving activities, you’re running
the risk of burnout.
And you’re likely not tapping your full potential, the
potential that comes from leading in alignment
with your unique Blueprint.
That’s the idea behind an energy audit.
Start by identifying your “sizzle words.”
They’re the fuel.
The energy you need to express your purpose,
and the energy you give to others.
They capture what resonates most with you in this
season of life.
They’re core drivers that keep you energized
and aligned.
Then you look at your week through that lens:
• How often are the things these words represent
showing up in my actions and thoughts?
• Where am I in flow, fueled by purpose?
• Where am I drained?
If the answer is “rarely,” that’s not a minor issue.
It’s a signal.
A chance to make small tweaks that bring
more alignment.
And those small, purpose-aligned tweaks compound.
Over time, they reshape your path into work that
feels like it truly fits you.
When’s the last time you looked at your week through
the lens of what actually fuels you?
