Author Brandon Jenkins pictured in a sweatshirt and hat on a sunny day. He writes about leadership platitudes.

You’re tired of hearing you must lead with integrity even
though you know it’s true.

Tired because you see it on social media every day.

Seeing it everywhere doesn’t make it less valid.

It means you need to define it for yourself.

  • What does leading with integrity mean to you?
  • What would it be like to lead without it?
  • How do you define integrity?

The definition of integrity has evolved for me.

I used to define integrity as:

Doing the right thing even when nobody is looking.

Now I see it more as:

  • Being true to yourself.
  • Doing what you say you’ll do.
  • Leading and acting with authenticity.

By defining it for myself, I can connect with it.

It means something to me.

Give this a shot with all those leadership platitudes you
see so often on social media.

What does it all mean to you?

Blueprint Process helps you think through topics like this
and more to help you develop yourself and your teams.
