Leaders, we all have triggers.

A teammate walks into the room.
Your chest tightens.
Your vision narrows.

And before you know it, you’re reacting.

Those automatic responses exist for a reason.
But if you’re not aware of them, they can derail you.

That’s where self-awareness changes everything.

Noticing the trigger.
Pausing before the reaction.

Choosing a response that strengthens the relationship
instead of damaging it.

That kind of awareness doesn’t happen by accident.
It comes from doing the inner work.

For me, that’s what Blueprint Coaching provided:

Clarity about my triggers, my patterns, and how to
lead from alignment instead of autopilot.

Because it isn’t about never being triggered.
It’s about leading yourself well when you are.

What trigger tends to get the best of you?

If you want the clarity to recognize it and respond
with intention, DM me.

Let’s reveal your Blueprint together.
